ASSISTANT PHOTOGRAPHER as profession:

I have assisted in many studio shoots ranging from products, to professional models and the spontaneous and random walk-in customers. I have also assisted photographers in their location shoots in places like shopping centers, shop houses and furniture retail shops, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHER:
My repertoire of works include shooting formal and memorable events such as Dinner and Dances, Opening ceremonies, Speeches, Seminars, Church baptisms & confirmations, both Traditional Chinese and Church weddings. I've also been at the helm of such events as the official photographer for various magazine and newsletter publications.

Besides photographing for school and church events, I have also developed myself professionally. While working full time with a photography studio, I conducted shoots that have helped me to build a strong portfolio. I have taken product and model shoots for magazines such as Men's Health, Singapore Women's Weekly and Style. I was also snapping away at a press conference for BioSkin, whose new representative is Hong Kong actress, Michelle Yip.

My other documentations include the The New Paper Big Walk 2005, Mazda Motor Family Day at Botanical Gardens, St Gabriel's Secondary School's Official Opening Ceremony includes a few Central District Council (CDC) projects and the recent President's Star Challenge 2005.

However, a personal favourite would have to be calls I receive from couples, requesting I photograph their ROM and wedding ceremonies held both in churches, temples or outdoor venues. These definitely go down as one of my favourite engagements because of all the emotion, energy and adrenaline rush that make wedding days the unforgettable events that they are. The challenge to successfully capture a myriad of feelings and motions in every single frame, knowing that the couple is entrusting me with crystallizing a lifetime of memories, is my greatest satisfaction.
